July 18, 2010 I'm in love with Bead Embroidery. It's something I've thought about trying for years, but I was a little intimidated. Well, I've made two cuffs in the past couple of weeks and am working on a third! I'm definitely hooked! It's like having a little canvas to create on. I start with the cab or cabs, and then it seems to take on a life of it's own as far as the creating process goes. Even when I think I have a plan, the bracelet seems to have it's own ideas of where it wants to go! The first cuff was made with some Jasper cabs. On the 2nd cuff, I made a dichro cab for the center, and used two yellow pearls on the side.
