Our beloved Romeo passed away on Dec. 21, 2007, just a few days after this photo was taken.
Sweet Dreams, Handsome Boy.
 Romeo came to us in 1995 from a home where he was neglected. He was blind in one eye, and now is pretty much completely blind. He's extremely shy, but sweet and gentle. It took me 4 years to get him to become a house dog, but he finally decided that indoor life is pretty good. Since he liked to sleep in my closet, and would go in there when people came over, I finally gave up and put his bed in there.
